Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. While we can't cancel an order if it's already in production, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. Of course, shipping charges can be refunded if the order is cancelled (and it hasn't shipped yet).

I received my order, but the fabric looks damaged. Can I get it reprinted?

Fabric is fabric; there may be minor imperfections because of the way digital printing works. Within 10 days of receiving the fabric, let us know and include photos of the defects you've noticed. We'll take a look and contact you with the next steps. (It could be reprinted, or it may be the nature of the fabric. We'll discuss!)

Can I print test samples?

Yes, we will print a test sample of your design on demand (about one yard of fabric). Plus, we've got fabric swatches and samples on hand with existing printing designs to give you a fair idea of what your final fabric print will look like when it's printed.
